A S Chattha Exim Pvt. Ltd was incorporated in the year 1958 by Late Ajit Singh Chattha. The company made a humble beginning as a trader of crude drugs. It soon made a distinctive mark in its field and diversified into imports, manufacture and distribution of chemicals for the leather industry.
INDIAN TRADING BUREAU PVT. LTD.
Started in 1948, Indian Trading Bureau Pvt. Ltd. came under the Chattha Group management in 1989; re-started operations under its new-management in 1993.This is into imports and distribution of poultry feed additives, medicines, vaccines, equipment and bio-security products. It has diversified into electronics, warehousing and furniture as well.
NEW INDIAN FEEDS PVT. LTD.
This new venture was started in the year 2012. This new flagship under the CHATTHA GROUP is in the process of manufacturing animal feed and also envisions to usher in the business of manufacturing processed foods for human consumption.
BLOW-CHEM & AYURVEDIC INDUSTRIES
Founded in 1982, it is into the manufacture of basic chemicals for the leather process industry. The manufacturing unit is located in Andul, Howrah.

The firm was started in the year 2007 in order to cater to the needs of animal feed additives and supplements for the customers in domestic arena.

The group first time ventures into the farming unit called Golden Farms in the year 2010. The property is situated in Rampurhat, Bankura district. Currently, the commercial broiler operation is in process. However, the farm has further planning of diversifying into breeding and commercial layer operations shortly.
